NORFEU invests in entrepreneurs who want to transform their company into a leading group through integration with other companies.

It has been proven that larger size offers advantages by making companies more competitive, stronger and morecompetitive, solid and generators of wealth for society.

STRATEGY

NORFEU’s approach is particular, we prefer to invest in projects that bring together several companies in the same sector.

We get involved with entrepreneurs to identify these companies and help them join the project.

Once we have a set of companies willing to join, we create the platform and start the investment process.

Typically a platform will consist of between 2 and 4 companies. The platform is the base to continue incorporating other companies during the development stage.

To these entrepreneurs, NORFEU not only offers liquidity, but also the possibility to continue to bring in their expertise.

In this respect, we offer the owners a combination of liquidity and the group’s own shares.

TRACK RECORD

In 2020 NORFEU led together with entrepreneurs the creation of the EVIDENZE group resulting from the integration of the companies EDICIONES PULSO, DYNAMIC, MEDERIC and VIGUERA.

Thus was born the first Spanish group in healthcare knowledge management that integrates the areas of clinical research (CRO), medical training and patient support programs.
